Elle is founder of Wisdom Out, a hub of research about the nature of wisdom in leaders, individuals, organizations, and couples. With her longtime education colleague, Dr. Douglas Reeves, Elle co-founded Renewal Coaching LLC (Headquartered in Salem, MA USA) a global network of independent professional coaches and leaders within business, education, and nonprofit organizations who are committed to sustainable change, and a Greater Good. Elle is a graduate of the National Staff Development Academy (NSDC), and is a member of the National Speakers Association. Elle Allison is co-author of the three book series: Renewal Coaching: Sustainable Change for Individuals and Organizations (Jossey-Bass, 2009). She reaches a diverse audience by delivering engaging and informative keynote addresses and seminars on Renewal Coaching, wisdom, and leadership. Elle earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Learning at the University of New Mexico (USA), her master’s at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago Illinois and her bachelors at Illinois State University in Bloomington-Normal, IL.
